WHEREAS, said Commission, after due iaspection, inveatigetioa, and study mede by itself and in ita behelf,
and ehez due consideration af all evideace aad repods offeied at seid heariag, does flnd and determiae tha following
facts:
1. That the pctitioner proposes e reclassif:cation of the above described property feom the R-1~ One Family.
Residential, Zone to the C-1, Aleighborhood C',ommercial, Zone to permit the use of an existing
residence for a real estate office and professiorial offices.
2. That subject property is privately deed restricted to residential uses onlye ~
3. That approval of subject petition would constitute "spot zoning" in a single
family area.
4. That single family residences should not be allowed for cortmiercial occup8ncy.

to the City Council of the City of Aneheim thet subject Petition for Recleasiticetion be deaied on the besis of the
aforementiorted flndings.
