A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 302 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commieaion of the City of Anehelm did receive a verlEied Petition for Conditionel

certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange~ State of California,
described as follows; All that certain lend situated in the State of California, County of
Orange, City of Anaheim, described as followsi The East 165 feet of the West 330 feet of
the North 650 feet of the East half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan de Santa Ana, as shown

lew and in eccordence with the provieions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chaptei 18.64, to hear end coneider evidence
for and egeinst said proposed conditional use end to investigete and meke fipdiags end recommendetions in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commisaion, eftex due inapeckion, iavestigetlcn, end study'made by itself and in ite behelf, and
aEtet due consideietion of all avidence end ~epotts offeced at eaid headeg, doea find end determine the following facte:
1. Thet the pmposed uae ie properly one for which a Conditionel,Use Pecmit is authorized by thie Code, to
wit: use single family residence for a temporary church onlyo
2. That the p:opoaed use will not edveraely effect the edjoining lend uaes end the growth and davelopment of
the acea in which it ia proposed to be loceted.
3. That the eizo end ehape of the eite propoeed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
proposed uae in a manner not de4dmental to the particulee a:ee noi to the peace, health, sefety, and geaeral welEero
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. That the geanUng of the Conditionel Use Peemlt uader the conditionn impoeed, if eny, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, haelth, sefety, ead general welfaca of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the tr~+ffic generated by the proposed use wi11 not impose an undue burden
upon the atreets and highways designed and improved ~o carry the traffic in the,area.
6. That if 3ubfect property is developed for permanont church facilit3es, that the
petitioner be required to`apply for said uee under a separate Petition for Conditional
,Use Permit, at which time the need for additional street dedication and improvement shall
be considered in order to assure proper traffic circulation end lend development in
the neighborhood of sub~ect property. '

~ NOW, TtiEREFORE; itE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grent subject
PetitIoa for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ece hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite
to the p~oposed use of the sub)ect propecty in o:der to preaecve the sefety and generel welfere ofthe Citizens of the
City of Aneheim: •
1. Dedication of th3rty-two (32~ feet from the monumented centerline of South Street (30
feet existing).
2. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for South
Street, sub~ect to the approval of the City Engineer and in accoxdance with the adopted
standard plans on .file 3n .the office of. .the City Engineer.
3. Installation of fire hydrants, as determined tq be necessary by the City of Anaheim Fire
Dep.artment, to provide adequate.f ire protection.
4. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works,
Sanitation Division, prior to_F3na1 Building Inspection. •
5. Time limitatiun nf one hundrad and.eighty (.180) days.for the accomplishment of Item Nos. 1
and 2.
6. . De.velapment~substantially in.accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3 as amended.
7. Development of~ful~i improved parking facilities ae indicated on Exhibit No. 3, in accord-
ance with Code requirements.
8. Provision t:-at the existing driue.bE.fully.improved.along the east side of sub~ect prop-
erty to the proposed parking facilities to provide peripReral circulation of subJect propericy.
9. Limitation of all signs to one free standing sign, the maximum area being eight (8) square
f eet.
).0. Sub~ect to the inspection of the existing atructure of the requested use by the Ch3ef
'S~~ilding Inspector.
11. Temporary use of the existing building on aub~ect property shall be limited to two years
or until such further time which may be granted, upon request for consideration by the peti-
tioner, by the Planning Commission. '•
