City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as followse Lot 6 of Tract No. 162,
as per map xecord,ed in book 12 page 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county
recorder of said county.EXCEPT the north 180 feet thereof. ALSO EKCEPT the interest in

I. Thet the proposed use is pcoperly one for which a Conditional.Use Peemit is euthorized by this Code, to
wit: xwo story multiple family planned-unit residential development. ,
2. That the proposad use will not advecsely effect the adjoining land uses end the g~wth rmd development of
the area in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the size end shape of the site proposed for the use is edequete to allow the full develo~ment ofthe~
proposed use in a menner not detrImental to the particuler acea nor 4o the peace, health, safety, and general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. ~
4. Thet the grenting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, heal2h, safety, and general welfece of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
