; THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMI1310 HE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commisaion of the City of Maheim did recelve a verlfied Petition for Conditional
Use Pe~itfcom BRYLAI~ INIDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES, a partnership by Bryan Industrial Properties,
Inc., partnex, by R. S. Hoyt, Jr., 146 East Orangethrope Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owners
of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cal-
ifornia, as described in Exhibit "A" atitached hereto and referred to herein as though set
forth in full

~EIEREAS, the City Planning Commisslon did hold a public hearing et lhe City Hell in the City of Rneheim on
October 29~ 1962~ at 2:00 o~clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given ae required by
law and in eccocdence wlth the provlsions of the Maheim Mun~cipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditionel use end to inves:igate end meke findings and tecommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspec~on, investigetion, and study' made by itself and in its behelf, end
after due consideration of ell evidence end reports offeted et eeid headng, does find end determine the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use is pioperly one for which a Conditionel.Use Permit. is euthorized by this Code, to
mit: establish a bank in an 2xisting industrial building.
2. That the proposed use will not edversely affr,ct the adJoining land uses and the growth and development of
the area in which itis propos~d to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the uee is edequete to ellow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particuler erea not to the peace, health, safety, end generel welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. Thet the gcanting of the Conditional Uee Pemiit under the co~d3tions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, health,.seEety, and general welfaro of the Citizens of the Clty of Anehelm.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6. That the existing fifteen (15) foot landscaping strip fronting sub3ect property
is daemed adequate, although the Code requires a twenty-five (25) foot strip of land-
.scaping since said landscaping was approved at the time the existing building was
constructed.
7. That no one appeare d in opposition to sub~ect petition. ~

'~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet U~e Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be e necessery prerequisite
to the proposed uae of the subJect p~operty in order to preserve the sefety eod general welfere of the Citizens of the
Clty of Aneheim: '
1. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of
Public Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Huilding Inspection.
2. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Orangethorpe
Avenue.
3. Time limitation of one hundred and eighty (180) days for the accomplishment
of Item No. 2.
4. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 as
presented.
