NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thut the Anaheim City Plenning Cqmmiasion does hereby gwnt subject
PetitIon for Variance, upon the following cronditions which ere heieby found to be a necessery precequiaite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order t~ pceserve the eaEety end general welfe:e ofthe Citliens ofthe City of

lo Dedication of fifty-three (53) feet from the monumented centerline nf Bali Road
(30 feet existing).
" 2o Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of-a11 improvements for
Ball Road subject to the approval of the City Engineer and in accordance with the adopted
standard plans on file in the Office of the City Engineer.
3a Payment of 52.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Ball Road.
4, Payment of a Park and Recreation Fee of $25.00 per dwelling unit to be collected as

F:~ 5e Provision of trash storage areas ae determined by the Department of Public Works,
Sanitation Division, which are adequate in size, accessible to ±rash-truck pickup and

6. Installation of fire hydrants, as determined ta be necessary by the City of Anaheim
