" 2o Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of-a11 improvements for Ball Road subject to the approval of the City Engineer and in accordance with the adopted standard plans on file in the Office of the City Engineer. 3a Payment of 52.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Ball Road. 4, Payment of a Park and Recreation Fee of $25.00 per dwelling unit to be collected as >.;~~~ part of the Building Permit.
