A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF E CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0~~5 HE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Meheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Pecmit from CHIP and NDRMA CHASIN, 1801 Newport Avenue, • Costa Mesa, Owners; JOHNA•.NfAURICE,
1801 Newport Avenue, Costa hjesa, California, Agent of°certa3~-xe$~•property situated in the
Cit'y of Anaheim, County of Oran9e, State of California, described as follows; 3'he•Aiprth
253.00 feet of the North one-half of the Northeast `one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter
of Section 24, in Tqwnship 4 Soutr, Range ll West, in.the Rancho_Los.Coyotes= as-shoNm
'on a map thereof recorded in b,ook 51, page 11, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Oraqge
County; EXCEPT the West 24 acres of sairi North one-half; ALSO EXCEPTING the £ast 195

WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
November 14~ 196^, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having beep duly given es required by
law end in ecco:dence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear and donsider evidence
for end against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make Eindings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behalE,
end after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered et said hearing, does find end determine the followIng facts:
1. Thet the pro~osed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a cocktail lounge.
2. That the proposed use will adversely affer,t the adjoining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3o That the plans as presented indicated the establishment of a"beer parlor" without
a restaurant or the sale of food.
4. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
