A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIQNAL USE PERMIT 316 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permit from LItd-HURST f:LUB~ a Corporation, 219 North Siesta Street, Anaheim, Califorrtia,
Owners; RALPH SLATONy 302 North Siesta, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property
situated in the Citr of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as described in '
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full,
; and
NfiEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold'a public heering at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
NoVemb2r I4~ 1962, at 2:00 o'clock Y.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as ~equiced by
law and in eccordence with the provi~ions of the Aneheim Murtieipel code, Chepter 18,64, to hear end consider evidence
for and against seid peoposed crorditionel use end to investigate and a~ake findinga und recommendetions in connection
the:ewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behe:f, end
after due coneideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, tc
wit: establish a private recreational facili+,y.
2. That the pcoposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land usex and the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be loc~ted.
3. That the size and shape of the site propoaed for the use is edequute to allow the full development of the
propased use in a manner not detrimental to the particular aeea pqr to the peace, health, sefety, and genaral welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. That the grenting of the Canditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any; will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and genetal welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5o That the traffic generated by the proposad use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and h3gh.ways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the areao
6o That the sub3ect properiy is located in an area rrhich does not offer recreational
facilities to the children of ihe area; and that the proposed recreational facility will
,provide the adjcining pioperty owners an opportunity to offer these facilities to their
childreno 1'he cost of operating and the care of this facility will ttot be bourne by
the City of Anaheim, but by the members of the recreational facilityo •

and two Ieiters, one with 44 signatures opposing, and one with 44 signatures approving

setback of subject propert~,..prior to Final Baildino Inspectiono

prios to Final Building Inspection.
