A RESOI:UTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMLIISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 318 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verified Petition for Conditionel
Use Permitfrom DINKLER MANAGFMENT CORPORATION, c~o Johnson, Bates and Sheffield, Attorneys,
Suite 340 Roosevelt Building, 727 West 7th Street, Los Angeles 17, California, Owners;
Charles Boxenbaum, 9350 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California, Agent of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to hex~ein as though set forth
in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing~ at the City~ Hell in the City of'Aneheim on
November 14~ 1962, at .2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public' hearing haviag been du!y given as cequiced b}~
iaw and in accordence with 4he provisions of the knaheim Municipel code, Chepter 18:64, to hear end consider evidence
for end ageinst said proposed conditional use end to investigate and meke findings end recommendations in connection
thetewith; end '
IVHEREAS, said Commiss3an, afte: 'due inspection, investigation, and study• mede hy itself and in its behelf, end
after due considecation of ell eVidence and reports offered at said heacing,-iloes find and•determine the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use'is properly one far which a Conditionel ,Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a family coffee shop and restaurant. .
2. That the proposed use will not adve:sely effect the adjoining lend uses end the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be,loceted.
3. Thet the size end shepe of t~te site proposcd for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particuler area nor to the peace, he6lth, safety, end general welfare
of the Citize~is of the City of Aneheim.
4. Thet the grenting of'the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimeutal
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfe:e ~f the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6o That under the authority granted in Codea ~Section 18.64A70 che required six (6)
foot masonry wall on the seuth r~oundary of subject property adjacent to the proposed
.parking area, is hereby waived. •

F•;' 1. Repair of sidewalks on Harbor Boulevard in accordance with the adopted standard
