NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby cecommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim thet subJect Petition foc Reclessification be approved end, by so doing, that Title 1&Zoning of the Anaheim Municipel Code be amended to exclude the ebove described property fmm the ~ R-A, .Residential Agricultural, Zone, and to..incorporate said described property into the =: R-1, One. Family Residential, Zone upon the.£.ollowing conditions-which are found to be a ': necessary.prexequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preser.ve the safety and general.u~elfare of the Citizens of the..City of Anahiem. - 1. Dedication of forty-five (451.feet from tha raonumented center.line of Wes.tern Avenue (20 feet existing). ~ ' 2.
