efter due considexetion of all evidence and reports offered et seid hearing, does find and detecmine the following facta:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional,Uae Permit ia suthodzed by this Co,de, to
wit; estat~lish an ambulance service.
2. Thet the p:oposed use will not adveesely effect the adJoining land uses and the growth and development of
the azea'in wnich it is pcopoaed to be loceted. '
