by lew and in acco~dence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to heac and coneidee
evidence for ettd ageinst said p~oposed varience and to inveatigete and meke Eindinge and cecommenuations in connec-
tioa therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commiasion, efter due inspection, investlgetion, end Rtudy made by itaelf ead in its behelf,
and after due consideration of ell evidence and ceports oEfered ea seid headng, does find ead detecmine the following
fecta:
1. Thet the petitioner cequeats a vedence from the Aneheim Mrmicipel Code: SeCtion 18.04.030 (1-b)
which requires for subject property 94 - 10 by 20 foat parking spaces, to permit the develop-
ment of sub3ect property with 87 - 8~ by 19 foot park•,ing spaces.
2. Thet there ere exceptionel or extraoedinery circumetences oc conditione applicable to the p~operty involved
or to the intended use of the property thet do not epply generally to the property or class of use in the seme vicinity
and zone.
3. That the requested variance is necessary for the p:eservatioit and enjoyment of a substentiel property dght
possessed by other property in the seme vicinity und zone, end denied to the pmperty in question.
4. Thet the requested variance will not be matedelly detrEmental to the public welfete or injurious to the pmp-
erty or impreivements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is loceted.
5. Thatthe tequested varience will net edversely effectthe Compnehensive Generel Plan.
6. That the requested 8~ by 19 foot parking stalls are in accordance with the recommen-
dations of the Traffic Engineer for a revision of nresent Code parking space dimension

Anaheim, and by this action does hereby rescind Resolution Noo 500y Series 1962-63<
