Thet the petitioner cequeats a vedence from the Aneheim Mrmicipel Code: SeCtion 18.04.030 (1-b) which requires for subject property 94 - 10 by 20 foat parking spaces, to permit the develop- ment of sub3ect property with 87 - 8~ by 19 foot park•,ing spaces. 2. Thet there ere exceptionel or extraoedinery circumetences oc conditione applicable to the p~operty involved or to the intended use of the property thet do not epply generally to the property or class of use in the seme vicinity and zone. 3. That the requested variance is necessary for the p:eservatioit and enjoyment of a substentiel property dght possessed by other property in the seme vicinity und zone, end denied to the pmperty in question. 4. Thet the requested variance will not be matedelly detrEmental to the public welfete or injurious to the pmp- erty or impreivements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is loceted. 5.
