A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 333 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive e vedfied Petition for Conditional
Use Pemitfrom MR. and MRS. FRRi4K DII. GIORGIO~ 5371 Grandview, Yorba Linda, California, Owners;
R. L. HALEN,.921 West 17th ~treet, Santa Ana, California, Agent of certain real,property sit-
uated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California as described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planniag Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
December 10, 19629 at 2:00 o'clock P.td., notice of said public hearing having been duly givea es required by
law aad in acco~dance with the provisjons of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agaiast said p:oposed conditionel use and to investigate and make findings aad recommendetioas ia connection
t6erewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, inveatigation, end study made by itself entl in its behelf, end
after due considecation of all evidence and reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
2. That the propos~ed use is properly one for which a Con3itionel.Use Permit is authodzed by this Code, to
wit: establish a planned unit multiple family residential development on subject property.
2. That the pcoposed use will not edversely affect the edjoining !and uses and the growth end development of
the azea in which it is proposed to be loceted. ,
3. Thet the size end shepe of the site propoaed for the use is adequete to ellow the full developme:.; of the
proposed nse in a menaer not detrimental to the paeticuler aree nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfare
of the Citizeas of the City of Maheim.
4. Thet the g,~antiag of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not 6e detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, and generel welfore of the Citizens of the Cihy of Anaheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use wili not impose an undue burden
upon the streets ar.d highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6o That one person appeared in conditional opposition to subject petition.

Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are heceby found to be a necessary precequisite
to the pmposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety end genecal welfare of the Citizens of the
