A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEDVI
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1539 BE GRANTED ~
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aaaheim did receive a vedfied Petition for Vadence
from CALLYE R. BAUMBERGER, 254-A Cabrillo, Costa Mesa, Owner of certain real property sit-
uated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the South
230 feet.of the West 120 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest xuarter of Section
21, in, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Ca3on de Santa Ana, as shown
on a map thereof reporded in hook 51y page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a publlc hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on DBCember 27~ 1962~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., aotice of said public headng heving been duly given ae required
by law end in ecco.~lence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68, to heer and conaider
evidence for end against aeid propoaed verience and to iuvestigate and make findings end recommendations in connec-
tion therewitU;~and
WHEkEAS, seid Commisalon, after due inspection, inveatlgation, and atudy mede by itself end in its behalf,
and after dae consideretion of all evidence and repods offeced as seid heacing, does find end detecmine the following
facts:
1. Thet the petiUoner cequests a vedence fmm the Mehe!;a Municipal Code: Section 18.16.030 (4-b) to
permit the divi'sion of subject property into two (2) R-A, Resider.tial Agricultural, Zone lots,
each with an area of less than one acre.
2. Thet there ere exceptionel or extraordinery circumstences or conditions epplicebie to the property involved
or to the intended use of the pcoperty theE do not epply generally to the pmpeety or cless of use in the same vlcinity
and zone.
3. That the requested varience is neceasary for the preseivation and enjoyment of e aubfitantiel property right
possessed by other pmperty in the seme viclnity and zone, end denied to the pmperty in question.
4. Thet the requested vadence will not be metedally detrimental to the public welfate or injurious to the prop-
edy or impcovements in such vicinity and zone in which the propetty is loceted. ,
