property situated in the City of.Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California described as

of water and domestic and irrigation purposes leading.from the pumping plant situated near the

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hol~ a public hearing at the City Hall in the (`.ity of Anaheim on
January 7~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law and in eccordence with the provlsions of the Maheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evldence
for and egainst seid peoposed conditionel use and to in'~estigate end make Eindings end recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
after due conside:ation of all evidence and repotts oEfered et said heering, does find end determine the followi~.b facts:
1. That the propased use is properly one for whicn a Conditional .Use Permit is a~hhorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a planned unit multiple family residential development with carports on
subject property.
2. That the praposea use will not edversely affect the edjoining land uses end the growth end development of
the erea in which it is propoeed to be loceted.
3. Thet the size ard shepe uf the site Fcoposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particuler area nor to the peace, health, safety, end generel welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. Thet the grenting of the Conditionei Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if erty, will not be detrimental
to the peece, health, safety, end general welfere of the Citizens oE the City uf Aneheim.
5. That the tra:fic generated by the proposed usr :;ill not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry tT~e traffic in the area.
6. 7hat one person appearQd, and a letter was received, signed by fifteen (15)
persons, opposing subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED th~;t the Aneheim City Plauniug Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Canditional Use Permit, upon the followiag conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order !o preserve the sefety end general welfare ofthe Citizens of the
City of Aneheim: •
