NOW, THEREF012E, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby recommend
to the Clty Council of the City of Aneheim that subject Petition for Reciessificatlon be epproved and, by so doing,
that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the ebove descclbed propeety from the
R-Ay Residential Agricultur.al,.Zone..and.to_incorporate said described.property in the G1,
Neiyhborhood Comrt(er.cial,.2ane .upan the. f.alloWing conditions which are hereby found to be a
necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety
and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.

2. Provision of trash storage areas as determined by the Department of.Public Works,
Sanitation Division, which are adequate in size accessiUle ~io trash-truck pickup and

3. Installation of ffre hydrants as determined to be necessary by the City of
Anaheim Fire Department, to provide adequate f ire protection.
