WHEF.EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a publIc hesring at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
January 21~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hear'sng having beep duly given as reqeired by
lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end rnnsi6er evidence
for and egeinst said pcoposed conditional use er.fl to investigete end meke findinge end recommendationF in con~ection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commiasion, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itaelf and in its behelf,
and efter due consideretion oE all evidence end reports offe~ed et said hearing, does find end determine the following fncts:
1. Thet the propoaed use is properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
permit the division of two harcels contained in subject property into six parcels with devel-
opment, thereon, of four single family residential structures.
2. That the size and shape of the site proposed for development ?s ~ot adequate to
allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular
area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anahein•~o
3. That the petitioner proposed to establish a sub-standard single family subdivision
with inadequate ingress and egress for street cleaners, trash truck pickup, tire protection,
or public utility easementso
4. 'Ihat no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
