A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 349 BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel '
Use Permitfrom ELVEE, INC., 200 West Midway Drive, Anaheim, California, Owners; L. V. BOST-
WICK, 200 West Midway Drive, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot No. 1,
Block No. 2, and Lot No. 2, Block No. 3 in Tract No. 419, and further described as 1439 South
Zeyn and 1443 South Lemon Street

WHEF.EAS, the City Pienning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
January 21~ 1963, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., noUce of seid public hearing having becyf duly given es requiced by
lew end i'n ecco:dance with the provisions of the Maheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for end against seid proposed conditional use and to investtgate and make findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itaelf and in its behalf,
end efter due consideration of ell evidence end ~eports offered et seid hcering, does fInd end determ[ne the following facts:
1. Thet the ptoposed use is properly one for which e Conditionsi Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
permit the expan~~on of an existing txaiier par.;: by tHe addition of trailer facilities on
subject properties.
2. That the proposed development of subject property would be detrimental to single
family homes interspersed within the trailer lots. '
3. That three persons appeared and one letter signed by eleven (11) persons was
received in opposition to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEA thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby deny subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit on the hasis of the eforementioned findings.
