the construction of a motel and one-story cormnercial building on subject property.
2. That the proposed use would constitute an encroachment of strip commercial develop-
ment in an area reserved for industrial development.
3. That the proposed reclassification of subJect property is nut necessary and/or
desirable for the orderly and proper development of the cotmnur.ity.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Pleaning Commission does heceby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim thet subject Petition for Reclasaificetion be denied on the besis of the
aforementioned findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is aigned end appmved by me this 21st day of January, 1963.
