'i=, RESOLUTION N0. 622' SERIES 1962-63 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY °LANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITiON FOR CONDITIUNe~L USE PERMIT 358 BE GI2ANTED ; WHEREAS, the City Plenn~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim did seceive a veriEied Petition for Conditionel Use Permitfrom KENNETH Eo and BEfTY M. STUSSX9 1745 South Brookhursty Anaheim, Californ3a, Owners; FORREST and ELSIE I~LIDAY, 512 South Jefferson, Fullerton, California, Agents of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheimy County of Orange, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on February 4~ 1963, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice o£ seid public hearing having been duly given es mquixed by law and in ecco:dance with the provisions of the Aneheim Mnnicipal co3e, Chapter 18.64, to hear and considee evidence for and against seid proposed coaditionel use and to ::~vestigate and malce findings and recommendetions in connection therewitl~; end ' WHEREAS, seid Commissioa, after due inspectioa, investigetion, and study made by itself and in ite beheif, and after due c~nsidecation of all evideace and rnporta offeced at seid heedng, does find and determine the fallowing fects: 1. That the proposed use is pmperly one for whic:. a Conditional.Use Pecmit is au:horized by this Code, to wit: establish a home for elderly ambulatory persons on sub3ect property~ 2. That the pcoposed use will aot adversely affect 4he adjoining lend ua:s and the gcovrth and development of the area in which it is pioposed to be located. 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development o£ the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the pecticular acea nor to the peace, heelth, saEery, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. . 4. That the gcanting. of the Concli:ional Use Pemrit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safery, end genetal welfa:e of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 5. That the traffir, generated by the proposed use wil~ not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the t•raffic in the axea. 6o That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for Brookhurst Street, subject to the approval of the City Engineer and in accordance rvith the ~ adopted standard plans on file in the office of the City Engineer„ ~ 3. Payment of $2000 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Brookhurst Street. 4o Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public ~~ Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspectiono ~ 5. Time lim3tation of one hundred and eighty (180) days for the accompllshn;ent of Item jj~~ Noso ly 2y and 30 ;,y 6. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos., 1 and 2~ ~,.~ 7. Construction of a six (6) foot masonry wall aZong the north, west, and south property ~,;~ lines, where said wails do not exist, said wall construction to be completed befora the issu- s:,t ance of a business license.
