'i~ having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim
~z Municipal Code, Chapter 18~64, to hear and consider evidence for and ayainst said proposed
%' conditional use and to investigate and make f indings and recommendations in connection there-
~ with; and
r~, WHEREAS9 said Commission9 after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself
}; and in its behal£, and afte•r due conside.ration of all evidence and reports offered at said
~~ hearing, does find and determine the folloxing facts;

'; ~ lo 'Phat the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized
'I '~ by this Code, to wit: es•tablish a limited commerclal artist business, off-sale liGuor store,
I :I commercial airlir,e ticket offices, drug store, gift shop, florist, clothing store, and an
~ A~A = FM radio statior~ on subject propertyo
;~ 2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the
~ growth and development of the area in vrhich it is proposed i:o be locateda
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the
full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor
' to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheimo
~ ~ 4. That the traffic generat~d by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon
i:he streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the areaa
5. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions 3mposed, if any,
3 i will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of

~ 6. That the relocation of the liquor store is requ3•red in order that the petitioner might
?.~ comply with the stipulations of the Disneyland Policy approved by the Planning Commission

lo Installation of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, paving, anrl d.riveways on Harbor Boulevard ~
; in accordance with the adopted standard plans on file ~n the office of the City ~ngineer. ~
; 2~ Provision of standard trash storuge areas as determined by the Department of Public
.~ Works, Sanitation Division, and the improvement of trash storage areas and ki.tchen facilities
presently in existance, prior to Final Building Inspection. ~
