SERIES 1962-63 < t: G,~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ~MMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PEfITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERNIT 363 BE GRAMED WHERFAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Peti- tion for Conditional Use Permit from RALPH A. and LIBURIA Jo RINGO' 7188 Santa Cruz Cr,, Buena Park, California, O~Yvners; ROBERT KRAMER9 115 South Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles 12, California, Agent of certain real prope•rty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California described in Exhibit "A" attached herato and referred to herein as though set forth in fuil ; and LNHEREAS, the City Planning Commission d3d hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on Februaxy 4, 1963, at 2:00 o'clock PoM., notice of said public heariny having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter I8o64, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith : and IWHERFAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigat~on, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and dete•rmine the following factsa lo That i:he proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wii:a construci a two-story planned-unit multiple family resid~ tial development and waiver of one-story height limitation on Portion "A", and construct a commercial building and service station on Portion "B". 2o Tha•t the proposed use will not adversely affect t he ad3oining land uses and the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be locatedo 3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheima 4,.
