PC 1962-1963-634~: , RESOLUTIO~i„ ~f0. 634~ SERIES 1962-63 1 f; A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1549 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verified Petitian for Varience from B~ P• and MARY P. BROCK, 717 North Pine Street, Anaheim, California, Owners of cer- tain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot No. 9 in Tract No. 1525, and further described as 717 North Pine Street, Anaheim, California ; end WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on February 18, 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as requi:ed by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed varience and to investigete and make findings end recommendations in connec- tion therewith; and ' WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investi~ .`ion, and study made by itself end in its behelf, and efter due cansideration of all evidence and reports offered as seid hearing, does find and determine the Eollowing fects: 1. That the petitioner requests a varience from the Aneheim Municipal Code: Section 18.24.030 (3-a~ ~ which requires a rear yard oF not less than ten (10) feet, and Section 18.24.030 (2) which requires a side yard of not less than five (5) feet in width, to per.mit the construction of a family room connecting the existing house and garage, resulting in a six (6) foot rear yard and three (3) foot side yard. ' 2. That there are exceptionel or extraocdinary circumstunces or conditions appliceble to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generally to the property or class of use in the seme vicinity end zane. 3. That the requested variance is necessery for the p:eservation end enjoyment of a substential property right possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question. 4. That the requested varience wiil not be meterially detrimental to the public welfate or injnrious to the pmp- erty or improvements in vuch vicinity and zone in which the propecty is located. 5. Repair of sidewalks, curbs and gutters on Pine Street in accordance with the adopted standard plans on file in the office of the City Engineer. 2o Time limitation of one hundred and eighty (180) days for the accomplishment of Item ° No. 1. 3. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 18th day of February, 1963.
