A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANI~iG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERDSIT 366 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of ttie '~:ty of Aaaheim did ceceive a verified Petition Lo: Conditionel
Use Permitfrom THE RECfOR, WARDENS, and VESTRYMEN of ST. MICHAII.'S PARISH, 311 West Soutn
Street, Anaheim, California, Owners; LBJ 3. FRIIS, 403 California Bank Building, Anaheim,
California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to
herein as though set forth in full
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
February 18, 1963T at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as requiced by
law and in accoedance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said ptoposed conditionel use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
theeewith; and ,
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due iaspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behelf, and
afEer due consideration of all evidence end reports offered et snid hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
2. That the p:oposed nae is pmperly one for which a Conditional.Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: permit the expansion of a church, offices, and Sunday School rooms on subject property.
2. That the pcoposed use will not adversely affect.the adJoining lead uses and the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed ta be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the pazticular erea nor to the peace, heaith, safety, and general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit ur.dcr the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, end genecel weliate of the Citizens of ihe City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon
the stre;ats and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.,
6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that ffie Anaheim City Pianning Com,,,;«ion does herehy gcaat subject
' Petition for Condiicional Use Permit, upon the followiag conditions which aze hereby foand to be a necessary prerequisite
~ to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the seEety aad geaeral welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
1. Provision of standard trash storageareas as determined by the Department of Public ~
Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Eui2ding Inspection.
2o Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
3. Construction of a six (6) foot masonry wall, where said walls do not exist, along
the north and east boundaries of the present and~or future adjacent properties acquired for
church purposes, prior to Final Buiiding Inspection.
