attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in fu17.

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commissiort did hold a public henring at 2he City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
February 18, 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear end consider evidence
for end egeinst said proposed reclessificetion end to investigete end make findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behelf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes e reclessificetion of the ebove described property from the R-A~ Residential
Agricultural, Zone to the R-1, One Family Residential, Zone, in accordance with Condition
No. 4 of Commission Resolution No. 558, Series 1962-63, approving Variance No. 1538.
2. Thet the proposed reclessification of subject property is necessery and/or desiwble for the orderly and pro-
per development of the community.
3. Thot the proposed reclessification of subject peoperty does properly relate to the zones and their permitted '
uses locally establisned in close proximity to subject property end to the zones and their permitted uses generelly estab-
lished throughout the community.
4. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City P'lr.snisg Co~;m3sr?.~n does hereby recommend
to the City Council of !.~;e City of Aneheim thet subject Petition for :~2er..lessiIIcatian oe approved and, by so doing,
thet Title 1&Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Co~e be amended to exclude the ebnve described p~per;y from the
R-A, Residential Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said descr:L^zd property in the R-1,
One Family Residential, Zone upon thefollowing conditions which are hereby found to be a
necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the
safety and general welfare'of the citizens of the City of Ariaheim.
