A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIlN
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 371 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commissioa of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom ROGER IAWELL OLSON, 2210 Loara, Anaheim, California, Owner; OSCAR t;IKEN,
! 8752 G lyden Grove Boulevard, Gardsn Grove, California, Agent of certain real property
' situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, de;cribed as
the North 120 feet of the South 554 feet of the West half of the West half of the Northeast
`~ quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 28, Townshig 4 South, Range 10 West, San
B~rnardino Base and Meridian
; and
WHEREP.S, the City Planning Commisslon did hold a pnblic hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
February 18~ 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heacing having been duly given as required by
law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Aaeheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hearead consider evideace
for end against seid proposed conditionel use snd to investigete and me]ce findings and recommendetions ia connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself ead in its behelE, and
efter due consideration of ell evidence and reports offered at eaid hearing, does find and dete:mine the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one foe which a ConditIonal.Use Pe~it is authodzed by this Code, to
wit: establish a single-story planned unit multipie family residential development with
carports.
2. That the proposed use will aot edversely affect the adjoiniag lead uses end the gxowth and development of
the area in which itis proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is edeq~ate to allovc~the full development ofthe
proposed nse in e manner not detrimentnl to the particutar area nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. That the ~~~cinc of the ConditIonal Use Pemrit under the conditions imposed, if any, Nill not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere of th~ Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the st•reets and highcvays designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6e That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORG, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which arr. hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite
to tlie proposed use of tUe sabject property in order to pceserve the saiery and general welfere ofthe Citizens of the
City oE Aneheim:
1.. Subjac~c to the reclassification of svbject property to the R-3, Multiple Pamily
Residential, Zone as approv~d under Petition for Reclassification Noo 62-63-74.
