to the peace, health, safety, aad general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden

Petition for Coaditional Use Pecmit, npon tfie following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the pmposed use of the snbject propecty ia oxder Lo pzesecve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
1. Subject to the reciassizication of subject property to the R-3, Multiple Family
Residentialy Zone as apoaoved imder P~tition for Reclassification No. 62-63-75.
