A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETIiION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 374 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the Ciry Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive e vcdfied Petition for Conditional
Use Permitf:om MARGARITE Fo and GRIFFITH W. JEHU, 1641 Montexey Road, Apte 18-H, Seal Beach,
California, Owners; RUSSELL JAY~ 2S66 Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, Agent of eertain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, ~tate of California, de-
scribed as the North half of the Southwest quarter of the Sovthwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page lI, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County; f7CCEPT the South 2 acres thereof

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiseion did hold a public heering at.the City Hall in the City of Ana.heim on
February 18, 1963~ et 2:00 o'dock P.M., notice of said pubIic headng having been duly given es required by
law and in accordence with the provielons of the Meheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst said proposed conditional use end to iaveatigete and meke fiadiags ead recommendetione in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Coma;issioa, sftet due Iaepection, investigution, and study made by itaelf end in its behelf, and
after due consideration of ell evidence and reports offeced at said headng, does find aad detecmine the following facta:
i. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Coaditional,Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to
wit: construc•t a self contained planned unit multiple family development with carportse
2. That the propoaed use will aot edvecsely effect.the ad)oiniag lead uses end the geowth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size and shepe of the aite propoaed for the use is adequete to ellow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the perticular erea nor to the peace, health, aefety, end general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
S. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Petmit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimental
to the ;:eece, health, safety, end generel welfare of the Citizene of the City of Aneheim.
5< That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not imposo an undue buxden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traff3c in the az~eae
