A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1552 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did ceceive a verified Petition for Variance
from PARK VILLAGE HOMES9 Post Office Box 602, 2763 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California,
Owners of certain real propexty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as Lot Noso 86 thru 93 of Tract No~ 2775, and further described as the
Northeast corner of Colgate Avenue and Yale Street, Anaheim, California
; end
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City He11 in the City of Anaheim
on March 4~ 1963, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public headng having been duly given as required
by lew end in eccordance wIth the provisions of the Aneheim MunicIpal Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed variance end to investigete and make firtdings and cecommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commissinn, efter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behelf,
and after due consideretion of all evidence end reports offered as said hearing, does find end determine the followIng
fects:
1. That the petitione: requests a varience from the Anaheim Municipel Code: Section 18 0 320 120 which requires

2. That there ere exceptionel or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property thet do not epply generelly to the property or cless of use in the seme vicinIty
and zone. .
3. That the requested varience is necessary for the preservetion and enjoyment of e substentiel property right
possessed by other property in the same vicinity end zone, and denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested verIence will not be metedelly detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop-
edy ar improvements in such vicinity end zone in which the propecty ia located.
5. That the requested varience will not adversely efEect the Compcehensive General Plen.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby gcant subject
Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite to the pro-
posed usa of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and generel welfare of the Citizens oE the City of ~
Anaheim.
