A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 376 BE GRANTED
ARiEREA.S, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a veriEied Petition for Conditionel
Use Permitfrom WAYNE Ko and RUTH Io MAUZEY, Hacienda.Motel, 2176 South Harbor Boule~ard, Ana-
heim, California, Owners of.certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein
as though set forth in full
; and
WHEREAS, 3he City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
March 4~ 1963y at 2:00 dclock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as cequiced by
law and in acrnrdence with the provi3ions of the Aneheim Muaicipel code, Chapter 18.64, to heae ond conaider evidence
for and agains; said proposed conditionel use and to investigate end meke findings end cecommendatioas in connection
thecewith; and ,
WHEREAS, said Commissicn, after due inspectioa, investigation, end study made by itself end in its behalf, end
after due consideratioa of ell evidence and mports~offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. That the proposed nse is properly one for which a Conditionel.iJae Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: permit the addition of 15 units to an existing motel on subject propertyo
2. That the proposed use tvill aot edversely a£fect the adjoiniag lend uses and the gmwth ead davelopment of
the azea in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for 4he use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particuler area nor to the peece, health, sefety, and generel welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
4. Thet the grenting of the Conditionel UsP Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the areao
6o That no one appeared in opposition to subject petitiona .

NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby ;rant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are heceby found to be a necessar~ prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to pceserve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
1,. Provision of standard trash storage areas to be constructed with the understanding
that pick.up is to be curb sideo
2„ Entran:e passageway to be a minimum of eleven (11) feet in height to permit passage
of fire equipmet~t~
3~ PaymenL of $2~00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Harbor Boulevard.
4~. Time limitation of one hundred and eighty (180) days for the accomplishment of Item

5. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Noso 1, 3, and 4, as amended her~
in~ 6o Constr~ction of a stucco wall alony the south side of the two-story units to enciose
the rear portio» of ±he proposed parking stells, and that adequate bumper guards shall be
provided at the rear of said wall to provide protection for the interior wall of the proposed
