THAT PETYTION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. ~Z$ BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive e verified PeUtion for Conditionel
Use Pecmit from .R9I.ID W. and HI.ANCHE So McCLELLANy 56 Balboa Coves, Newport Beach, California,
Owners; VESPER B. WHITE, .12912 Ninth Street, Gar.den.Gxo~e, Calif.ornia, Agent of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission dId hold a public headng at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on

law end in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim hiunicipal Code, Chepter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence

therewith; end .
WHEREAS, seid Commisaion, efter due inspecUon, investigation, end study mede by itself and in ita behalf,
end efter due con~aide:ation of ell evidence end repotte offered et said heering, does find and determine tha following fects:
1. Thet the ptoposed use is properly one for which e Conditional Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to wit:
permit the construction of a church and the rel.ocation of an existing house tU the rear of
subject property~
2o That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be locatedo
3.. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is not adequate to allow
the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area
nor to the peace, heal•th, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheimo
4. That the traffic genarated by the proposed use will impose an undue burden upon the
streets and highways oes3gned and improved to carry the traffic in the areao
5o That the proposed plans would adversely affect the architectural and esthetic
environment of the residential development surrounding sub~ect propertyo
6~ That three persons, one of whom presented a petition signed by 22 persons, appeared
in opposition to subject petition~
