of Anaheim, County of Orange, Stai:e of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and referred to herein as though set forth in full

2. Thet the pcoposed use will aot adveesely affect.the adjoining lead uaea and the giowth end developmestof
the azea in which it is pcoposed to t~e located. ~
3. That the size and shape of the site p~oposed for the use is adequete Eo allow the fui! develapment of the
proposed use in a manner not detrlmeutal to the particular erea not to the peace, health, safety, end genernl welfere
of the Citizena of the City of Aneheim. .
4. Thet the gcanting of the Conditionel Use Petaiit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detcimeatal
to the peace, health, safety, and gene~al welfnre of the Citiaens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That ttie traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic itt the ar.ea.
6. That the public relations services proposed to be rendered will be an asset to
the Disneyland Area, that the services would complement the services presently functioning
in the area, would constitute a"tourist related use integrated within a primary use complex"
and that said use would not only be an incidental service to the primary use complex in
which it is to be located (Saga Motel), but to other primary uses (hotels and motels)
established in the Disneyland Area.
