A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 390 gE GRANTED

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiasioa of ffie City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfcom CALIFORNIA EVANGELISTIC ASSOCIATIONy INCo, 121 West Cypress, Anaheim, Cali-
fornia, Owners; JOSEPH OOIAMBO, 1104 East 17i:h Street, Santa Ana, California, Agent of
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as the Westerly rectangular 20 feet of Original City Lot 14, and the Easterly
rectangular 50.25 feet of Original City Lot 15, as shown on a Map, recorded in book 4,
pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, records of Los Agneles Co~nty, California. EXCEPI'ING therefrom
for alley purposes the Northeriy '10 feet thereof
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the Cit,y Hell in the City of Aneheim on
MarCh 18~ 1963 at 2:00 o'cl'ock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in ecco~dence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel code, Chaptex 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst seid proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and .
WHEREAS, said Commission, aftet due inspection, investigetion, end study mede by itself end in its behaif, end
after due conside:ation of all evidence and eeporta offered at seid hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
1. That the proposad uae is ptoperly one for which e Conditionel,Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to
wit: 'perm'it the demolition of an existing Sunday School building, and construct a two-story
Sunday School and fellowship hall on subject property~
2. That the proposed use will aot edvecsely a£fect the edjoining lend uses end the growth aad development of
the azea in which it is pmposed to be located.
3. That the eize end shape of the site p~oposed for the use is adequate to aliow the full development ofthe
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the pacticular are~a ncr to the peece, health, sefety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the grenting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, and generel welfere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the areao
6. That through p•rivate agreement, the petitioner will use the telephone company
parking lot for parking purposes.

1. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of ~
Public Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Btiildi.ng Inspection.
