~ 1. Thet the petitioner proposes a reclassificetion of the above described property from the R-A~ Residential
`~ Agricultural, Zone to the R-3, Mult;iple Family Residential, Zone to establish a single
story multiple family planned residential development with carports on subject pxoperty.
