A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMh4ISSI0N OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1555 BE GRANTED
WHERGAS, the Citv Planniag Commission of the City of Aneheim did ceceive a verified Petition for Var.'.ance
fcom JOHANN and THERESZA AVF1dARIA ~035 West Romneya Drive, Anaheim, California, Owners of
certain :eal property situated in the City of Anaheim, Coran±y of Orange, State of California,
described in Exhibit "A" attac;led hereio and referred ~to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commissian nid hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim
on March 18 ~ 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as requiced
by lew end in acco:dance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68, to heac c~nf c~ssider
evldence for and egeinst said proposed verience end to investigate and make findings end recommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, aftec due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalf,
and efter due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered as said heering, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. Thet the petitioncr requests e varience from the Anaheim Municipel Code: Section 180320080 (2~, te
permit the ;vaiver of the :requixed '7~- fooc side ~yax•dy and Section 18,.320080 (3)y to permit
the waiver of the required 25 foot rear yaxd, to permit the pz•oposed development of subject
property with a six (6) foot side yat•d and an eleven (11) foo± .rear yard~
2. That there ere exceptional or extraocdiRary ci:cumstances or conditions appliceble to the property involve:i
or to the intended use of the property thnt do not apply generally to the property or class of use in the seme vicini:~

3. Thet the requested varience is necessary for tho preservation and enjoyment of a substantial propedy right
possessed by other pcopecry in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the pmpedy in question.
4. That the cequested variance will not be mat~erially detrimental to the public welfate or injurious to the pmp-
erty or improvements ir. such vicinity and zone in whi ch the pcope~ty is locate3.
