A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDI7'IONAL L'SE PERMIT 396 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aaaheim did receive a verified Petition for Coaditional
Use Permitfcom FRANK MULLER, 10850 Riverside Ilrive, Suite 507, North Hollywood, California,
Owner; CLIF~N P. ~JOLFE, 629 South Spring Street, Room 301, Los Angeles 14, California,
Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Ana't:eim, County of Orange, State of
California, descri.bed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as thougY~ set
forth in full
; and
PlHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a puhlic hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
March 18~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing hsving been duly given as required by
law and in accord'ance with the provislons of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and against said p:oposed coaditional use and to investigate and meke findings end cecommendations in ccnnection
thecewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf, ead
efter due consideretion oE all evidence end reports ofEered et said hearing, doev find and determine the following fects:
I. Thet the pmposed use is pcoperly one for which a Conditionnl.Use Pecmit is authorized by this Ca'.e, to
wit: construct a one and two-story multiple family development with carports on subject
psoperty.
2. That the p:opoaed use will aot edversely affect the adjoining land uses end the growth and development of
the :~cea in which it is p:oposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposr_d use in a menner not detrimentel to the particuler area nor to the peace, health, safery, end general welfere
oE the Citizens uf the City of Meheim.
4. Thet the gcanting of the Cond.itione: Use Perrtdt under the conditions imposed, iE any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, and genei~l welfere of tke Citizens of the City of Anehi '~n.
5. Thet tHe traffic generated by the proposed use will no~ impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6. That waiver of the structural height limitation of one-story within one hundred
fifty (150) feet of R-A, Residential Agricultvral Zoned property as required in Codea Sec-
tion 18.320060, and the installation of carports in lieu of garages, is hereby granted
under the authority of Code: Section 18064.0~0.
7. That in conjunction with the approval of subject petition, an amendment to the'
proposed General Plan will be considered at future Commission work sessions on the Plan,
to amend ~ttie designation of low-density residential and industrial development at the south-
east c~r.ner of Crescent Drive and Brookhurst Street to low-medium density residential
development in accordance with the approval of subject petition.

~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
= Petition for Conditianal Use Permit, upon the foilowing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary precequisite
Y: to the proposed use of the subject property in order to presecve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Meheim:
1. Subject to the reclassification of subject property io the R-3, Multiple Family
Residential, Zone as approved and completed under Reclassification No. 62-63-91.
