the area ia which it is proposed to be located.
3. That ffie size and shape of the site psoposed for t6e ase is adeqaate to allow the full developmeat of the
proposed nse in a maaaer not detrimeatel to the particnlar azea nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfeee
of the Citizeas of ffie City of Ana6eim.
4. Zbat the granting af the Coaditioaal Use Pem~it unda the coaditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safetq, und general welfarn of the Citizeas of the Citp of Anaheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and imoroved to carry the traffic in the area.
6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject Qetition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditianal Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are heceby found to be e necessary precequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
ln Dedication of forty (40) feet from the monumented centerlir,e of Los Angeles Street
(34,75 feet existing).
2o Provisic+n of standard trash.storage areas as determined b;+ t?-,e Department of Public
Works, Sanitaitiu~~ Division, prior to Final Building Inspection.
3o Time ?;mitation of one hundred and eighty (180).days for the accomplishment of
Item Noo 1.
4. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit No. 1, provided that the ice
vending machine shal.l be relocated in Parking Space No. 3 on the southeast corner of subject
propertyo
5. Provision of parking on sub~ect property in accordance with Code parking requirements.
6o Installation of landscaping in the uncemented portions of the Water and Los Angeles
Streets rights-of-way abutting subject property, plans for said landscaping to be submitted
to and subject to the approval of the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance, and said
la~dscaping to be installed prior to Final Building Inspection.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this ls of April~ 1963.
