WHEF.EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public headng at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
April 1, 1963 et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of sc~id public hearing having been duly given es required by
lew end in acco:dance with the provisions of the A»aheim Municipel Code, Chaptet 18:64, to hear end consider evidence
for end against ssid proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings end cecommendatioes in connection
thecewith; and
WHEREAS, snid Cc~nmission, aftec due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
end efter due considecation of a11 evidence end reports offered et seid heeeing, does find and deteimine the followIng fecte:
1. Thet the pxoposed use is pro~,erly one for which e Ccnditionel Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a walk-up restaurant, with less than 66 2/3 percent of the area in parking on
subject propertyo
2~ That the p•roposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is not adequate to allow
the full development of the proposed use in a.manner not detrimental to the particular
area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
4o That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed,
if any, will be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens
of the City of Anaheim~
5~ That the proposed development as presented would not be compatible to the area.
6. Yhat three (3) persons appeared representing a number of persons in the Council
Chamber, and petitions signed by five (5) persons were received in opposition ~o subject
