April 15, 1963y at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notioe of said public hearing having beep duly given es cequired by
law and in acco~ence with the provisions of the Aaaheim Atiunicipel Code, Chapter 18:64, 4o heaz end conaider evidence
for and egainst said proposed conditionel use and to investiqate sad make fiading~ and recommendetione in connection
thecewith; and
PIHEREAS~ said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study made hy itself and in its behalf,
and after dae consideratlon of ull evidence end repods offeted at said hearing, dozs find end deterwine the follow3ng fects:
1. Thet tha prop~3ed use is piopaly one fot which e Conditional Use Permit is authodzed by this Code, to wit:
establ;sh a two-story multiple family planned residential development on subject property.
2a That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth
and development cf the area in which it is proposed to b2 located.
3o That the proposed development would be incortr~atible to the area, because sub3ect
property is surrounded on three sides by low density single family residential developments~
4~ That the Commission proposes the development of highway related cotmnercial uses
for the northerly portion of subject ~roperty, and the balance of subject prop2r~y, as
pro~ected on the proposed General Plan, for low densit~ residgnt'al development.
5. 7hat three l3) persons appeared,• representing fifty `50~ persons present in the
Councii Chamber, and a petition signed by eighty-five (85) persons was received in opposition
to subJect petition~

Petitlon for Conditional Use Permit on the basis of the ofoc~men4ioned findings.
