PC 1962-1963-737A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING
PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 221
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit I4o. 221, for the establishment of a single
family planned unit development was approved by the Plannir.g Commission on April 16,
1962, and by the City Council on May 1, 1962; and
WHEREAS, a new petition for Variance No. 1570 and Tentative Map of Tract No. 5114
were approved by the Planning Commission on April 29, 1963; and
WHEREAS, the time limitation as set for the accomplishment of stipulated
condii;ions in Resolution No. 294, Series 1961-62 expired as of October 16, 1962, for
Petition for Conditional Use Permit No. 221.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim does hereby terminate Conditional Use Permii No. 221.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 29th day of April, 1963.
