A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 410gE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Pla~tning Commissioa of the City of Aaaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
UsePeemitfromDUDLBYB.PRANK and MARGARBT F. FRANK, 433 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, Cali-
fornia, Owners of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described in Bxhibit "A", attached hereto and referred to herein as
though set forth in full
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiasion did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
April 29, 1963, at 2:00 dclock P.M., notice of aeid public hearing havIn~ beep duly given as required by
law end in accordence with the provisions of the Mehetm Munidpel Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear and cronsider evidence
for aad egeinst seid proposed conditionel use and to iaveat3gete and meke findings end recommendetIons iu connection
thecewith; aad .
WHEREAS, aeid Commission, efter due inapection,' inveatigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and efter due coneideration of ell evidence end repoda offered at said headng, does find end determine the following facts:
1. Thet the ptoposed use is ptapesly one for which a Conditlonel Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a service station.
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the adfoining land uses and the growth j
and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. ':ha~ eunjECt property was reclassified under Ordinance No. 1550, Resolution of Intent'~
No. 6249, w~iich required that deed restrictions be filed, limiting the use of subject property ;
to business and professional offices only.
4. That representatives of the convalescent hospital immediately adjacent to subject ~
property submitted a letter, and one person appeared in opposition to subject petition, i
