WHEREAS, the City Plettning Commission did hold e publlc headng et tlie City Hell in the City of Aneheim
on May 13 ~ 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.N., notice of said public headng having been duly given as requimd
by law end in accordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence for and against seid proposed veriance end to investigete and make findings end recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; •end '
WHE~2EAS, said Cammi`ssion, after dtte inspection, irtvestig~tion, and atudy mede by itself end in its behelf,
and eEter due consideration of a11 evidence and reports offered as seid hearing, does find end detecmine the folloGing
fscts:
1. Thet the,petitioner reQuests a veriance from the Anehe~m Municipel Code: Section 16.2$.010~ whiCh
stipulates the permitted uses in •the R-2, Two Family Residential, Zone; Section 18.44.030
(5-a); which stipulates a parking requirement af 66-2~3% of the total area; and Section -•
18.44.010, which stipulates the permitted uses in the G2, General Commercial, Zone, to
permit the expansion of an existing printing plant and parking facilities on subject property.
2. That there ere exceptional or extreocdinary circumstencee or cond~tions applinable to the propeety involved
oc to the inteeded use of tbe prope-!y that do not appl~ ~enerally to the pcoperty or class of uae in the seme vicinity
end. zone.
3. That the requested veriance is necassary for the pceservation and enjoyment of a substan!ial propedy d~ltt
