which"requires for subject proper~y a twenty-five (25) foot front yard, to permii: the
construction of a swimming pool in the front yard portion of si~'~ject property.
~ 2. Thai there ace exceptionel or extxaordinary circumstences or conditions appllceble to the propeety involved
or to the intended use of the pmparty thet do not apply generally to the propedy or class of use in the seme vicinity
and zone.
3. That the requested varience is necessary for the pre~ervation ond enjoymenY of a substantiel property right
possessed by other property ia the seme vicinihy end zone, and denied to the propecty in question.
4. Thet the requested varience will not be materially detrimentel to the public welfate or injurioue to the prop-
erty or Improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the pmpecty is located.

1. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit No: 1, except as amended her~in.
2. Enclosure of the proposed pool area ~vith the construction of a six (6) foot
decorative masonry wall, said wall to tie into the existing garage, prior to
r'inal Jiuilding Inspection of the proposed pool construction.
