5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and imoroved to carry the traffic in the area.
6a That the payment of street lights and the installation of street improvements,
or the posting of a bond thereof, may be a co~dition of approval of any request for
an extension oP time for the proposed use of subject property as a dog kenne.l,

Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the folloming conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subjPC! propecty in order to preserve the safety end general welfere ofthe Citizens ofthe
City oE Anaheim:
1. Dedication of thirty-two (32) feet from the monumented centerline of .°avanna
Street (20 feet existing). •
2• Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Dep:~rtment of Public
V~orks, Sanitation Pivision, prior to Final Building Inspection.
