proposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the particuler erea nor to the peece, health, sefety, and geaeral welfare
of the Citizena a: the City of Aneheim. , •
4. T;~at the grenting of the Conditional Use Pernnt under the conditions imposed, ?f any, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, health, sefety, anu general welfare of fhe Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impo~e an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
