A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMKENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 62~63-110 gE DEYIED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verifled Petition f~r i~ecla'ssifica-
tion fcom WALTHR C. RAL3TON, ~f,Il. and RUTH S. RALSTON, 1701 Buclid Avenue, Pnaneim, Cali-
fornia, Oivner.s; WILLIAM K. GASHO, 1272i Groveview, Garden Grove, California, Agent ef
certain real proper~y situated in the Cicy of Anaheim, Coui,`., of'Orange, State of
Califesnia, as described in Bxhibit "A" attached heseto and referred to herein as though

WHEREAS, the City Planning Coromission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall •in the City of Anaheim on
May 13, 1963 et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heering having been duly given es required
by law and in eccocdence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72,to heer and consider evi-
dence for end against said proposed ceclassification and to investigate end make findings and recommendations in
rnnnection the:ewith: and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its :ahalf,
end after due consideration oF all evidence and ceports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the fell~,ning
fects:
1. That the petitioner proposes e reclassification of the above described property from the C-1~ Pleighborhood
Cc=;mer.cial, Zone, deed restricied to professional offices only, to the C-1, Neighborhood
Commercial, Zone unrestricted.
2. That the p•roposed reclassification of subject property is not necessary and/or
desirable for the orderly and.pr.oper development of the community.
3. That the petition for.unrestricted C-.1, N:ei~hborhood Commercial, Zoning of subject
property be denied, but that the C-1 Deed Restrictions limiting the use of subject property to
busi ess and professional offices only be amended by limiting the uses to business and
,,, prof ssional offic?s and a pharmacy.
