and efter due consideratlon oE all evidence and repor:s oEfered at sQ~d heedng, does find end determine the followIng
fects:
1. That the etitioner proposes a reclessification of the above described property from the R-A~ Residential ~
Agricultural, ~Lone to the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone to establish a one and ;
two-story multiple family planned residential development.
2. That the proposed reclassificaticn of sub~ect property is not necassary and/or ?
desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community.
3. That the proposed reclassification of sub~ect property is incompatible with the ~
single family residential development abutting to the south, east, and west of suUject ~
property and would constitute spot zoning. ;
4. That three persons appeared re reserizin one hundred 100 a
