WHEAEAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end atudy mede by itself and in its behalf, end
after due croneideration of pll evidence and tepo~ts offered at said hearing, does find and determine the folloaring . facts:
1. That ~ihe petitioner proposes e ceclassification of 4he ebove described propedy from the R-A~ Residential
Agricultural, Zone to the R-3, Multiple Family Residential; Zone to establish a multiple
family planned residential subdivision. ,

and standard improvement of abutting streets because said property does relate to and abut
upon streets and highways which are proposed tu carry the type and quantity of traffic,
which will be generated by the permitted uses, in accordance wiih the circulation element of
the General Plano

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED theE the Anaheim City P'lenning CommiBSion does hereby recommend 1
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim thet subject petltion for ReclessSIIcation be approved end, by so doing,
that Title 1&Zoning of the Aneheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above described propexry fmm the i
B-A, Residential Agricultural, 2one and to incorporate said described property in the R-3, ~
Multiple Family.Aesidential,...Zorie upon the following cQnditions which.are hereby foun~ to
be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve ;
the safety and general l:elfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.

County Recordera
