law and ia accordence with the pmvisions of the Aaeheim ;`,iunicipul Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear and consider evidence

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end at+sdy made by i.self and in its behalf;
aad after due coasideration of ell evidence and s~potts offered et eaid heedng, doea find and detecmine the following fects:
1. That the proposed use is properly ane fot which a Coaditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
establish a drive-through restaurant, with waiver of parking requixements.
2. That the propose~ use will.adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth
and development of.the area in which it is,proposed to be located.
3. That the proposed development would not be architecturally compatible with the
multiple family development recently approved for the abutting property to the east.
4. That the proposed development would not be compati.ble with the existing commercial-
retail office development in the vicinity of subject property.
5. That inadequate parking facilitias are proposed for the development of subject
property. •
6. That no one appeared in opposition to subjecc petition.
