4. Thet the granting of the Condi.tianel Use Permit under tue conditions imposed, if any, will not be detciAentel

5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traff ic in the area.
6. That the st:uctural height limitation o£ ona-story within 150 feet of R-A,
Fiesidential Agricultural zoned property as required in Godei Section 18.32.060, and the
waiver of garages and the installation of carports i.n lieu thereof are hereby granted under
the autnority•of Codet Sectiai~ 18.64.070. ,

Petition for Conditionel Use Peemit, upon the following conditions which ece hereby found to be e necessery pcerequisite
to the proposed use of the subJect pcoperry in order to preserve tha safety and gene~al welfare of the Citizena of the !
City of F~neheim: ;
1. Tyat Lhe owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 ~
per dwellinq unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be ~aid at ':
the time the Building Pexmi2 is issued. ;
2~ That trash storage areas sha11 be provid2d in accordance with standard plans on file ~,
