A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM REQOMMENDING TU THE

WHEREAS, Section 18..18, R-E, Residential Estate, 7.one was adopted as an emergency
ordinance by the Ci~y Couucil on the lyth day of March, 1963; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission.did.ir~Liate and conduct three public hearings
on April 1, April 29, and May 27, 1963, and di.c~ adopt said amendment at the Regular Meeting
of May 27, 1963; and
WHEREAS., said amendment provides areas for single family low density estate developments
of snacious and semi-rural character.
NOW, THER:~FORE,.BE IT RE90ZVED that the City Planning Commission does recommend to
the City Coun::il of the City of Anaheim the adoption of the amendment of Title Eighteen,
by the addit!c~n of Chapter 18.18, Zoning Code - R-E, Residential Estate, Zone af the An~heim
Municipal Code attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" and referred to herein as though
set forth in full.
